The ZT5503 portable vibration calibrator consists of a signal generator, a small power amplifier, a vibrator, a standard sensor, a display and control system, and sensor signal conditioning and sampling components. It is small in size and lightweight, suitable for both laboratory and field sensor calibration.
The calibrator has a built-in standard sensor, which is mounted back-to-back with the sensor under test. A comparison method is used to calibrate the sensitivity of the sensor under test.
The vibration frequency and amplitude of the calibrator are adjustable in real time. A true-color LCD screen accurately displays parameters such as vibration frequency, amplitude, and the sensitivity of the sensor under test in real time.
The sensor under test (accelerometer, velocity, displacement sensor) can be directly connected to the calibrator's input terminal. The instrument supports calibration of four types of sensors: charge, IEPE, voltage, and 4-20mA. The calibrator amplifies, filters, and samples the sensor signal, directly displaying the sensitivity of the sensor under test.
By adjusting the vibration frequency and amplitude of the calibrator to a set value, and connecting the sensor under test (accelerometer, velocity, displacement sensor) to a vibration testing instrument, vibration monitoring system, or signal acquisition system, the normal operation of the entire vibration measurement system can be checked.
