ZT5505 Portable vibration calibrator

The ZT5505 portable vibration calibrator consists of a signal generator, power amplifier, vibrator, standard sensor, sensor signal conditioning and sampling circuit, high-performance control processor, and high-resolution touch screen. This instrument features small size, light weight, adjustable vibration frequency and amplitude, high measurement accuracy, and ease of use. It can calibrate various acceleration, velocity, and displacement sensors and test sensor sensitivity and frequency response characteristics without the need for other instruments and equipment. This calibrator is suitable for both laboratory and field sensor calibration. Its main features are as follows:

1. The calibrator incorporates a standard sensor, which is mounted back-to-back with the sensor under test. A comparative method is used to calibrate the sensitivity and frequency response characteristics of the sensor under test.

2. The calibrator's vibration frequency and amplitude are adjustable in real time. The vibration frequency and amplitude of the vibration table can be manually controlled, and it also has an automatic testing function, capable of testing the frequency response of the sensor under test within the 10Hz-10kHz frequency range.

3. A 7-inch touchscreen LCD displays parameters such as vibration frequency, amplitude, sensor sensitivity, and frequency response curve in real time. Parameters such as vibration frequency, amplitude, and sensor type can be set via the touchscreen, making operation simple and convenient.

4. The sensor under test (accelerometer, velocity, displacement sensor) can be directly connected to the calibrator's input terminal. The instrument supports calibration of various sensor types, including voltage, IEPE, charge, 4-20mA (DC), and 4-20mA (AC). The calibrator performs impedance transformation, amplification, filtering, and sampling on the sensor signal to directly obtain the sensitivity and frequency response characteristics of the sensor under test.

5. By adjusting the vibration frequency and amplitude of the calibrator to a certain set value, and connecting the sensor under test (acceleration, velocity, displacement sensor) to the vibration testing instrument, vibration monitoring system, or signal acquisition system, the normal operation of the entire vibration measurement system can be detected.
