This effectively avoids safety risks such as brake vibration and abnormal noise caused by substandard natural frequencies.
Adapting to large-scale production line rhythms, the system supports both online real-time detection and offline sampling inspection modes. It can be seamlessly integrated into production stations such as brake disc processing and balancing, and seamlessly interface with PLC and MES systems to achieve real-time uploading, traceability, and statistical analysis of natural frequency data, generating digital inspection reports to meet the stringent control requirements of automotive OEMs and Tier-1 brake manufacturers.
